About
At Springline in Menlo Park, Chef/Owner Greg Kuzia-Carmel runs Canteen (550 Oak Grove Avenue), a Californian-ized Wine Bar, inspired by his time living in Spain, featuring a seasonal menu of creative small plates, light fare, delicious cocktails (including non-alcoholic libations) alongside a bevy of delicious wines that drive value and craftsmanship. The creative, seasonally inspired menus are offered alongside a dining experience that is rooted in relaxation and fun while still delivering top-notch, old school hospitality.
